PSG striker Kylian Mbappe denied reports of a feud between him and a teammate Neymar .
The forwards clashed in August’s match against Montpellier, when Neymar prevented Mbappe from taking a penalty, himself shooting accurately from the spot. After the match, rumors appeared in the media that the players had a serious conflict.
– If we talk about Neymar, it’s the sixth year we’ve played together. I think we’ve always had this relationship based on respect. We always had moments like that. There are times when we’re best friends and sometimes we don’t talk much, that’s the nature of our relationship.

Asked which of the two would take the penalty, if any, in their upcoming Champions League clash against Juventus, Mbappé replied that the timing was left open.
