The congress was supposed to re-elect the current president of the UAF Andrey Pavelko

The Pechersky District Court of Kyiv made a decision according to which Ukrainian Football Association preparation, holding and consideration of agenda items at the reporting and election XXV Congress of the UAF in terms of the election of the President of the UAF, the election of first vice-presidents, vice-presidents, members of the Executive Committee and the audit body of the UAF are prohibited.

The reporting and election congress of the UAF was planned approximately for the second half of September. The congress was supposed to re-elect the current president of the UAF Andriy Pavelko for a new five-year term.

Due to a full-scale war, the UAF presidential elections were postponed indefinitely from March. Apart from Pavelko, no one else has submitted his candidacy.

Recall that in 2017 Pavelko was re-elected president of the FFU (the former name of the UAF).

Earlier, the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv banned the UPL and Setanta Sports from preventing the broadcasting of home matches of clubs-opponents of the telepool on YouTube platforms.
