Santos performed the last training session before the trip to face Ceará for the sequence of the Brazilian Championship; two embezzlements are confirmed

Last Thursday, the 8th, the saints did his last training session before traveling to Fortaleza, where he will face the Ceará for the Brazilian Championship. With important absences for the match, the coach Lisca tries to put the team back on the winning path, since there are two games without a win in the competition, which is the only one remaining in the season.

The athletes started by doing physical work, with the ball and then participated in a tactical training, led by the coach. This was the first time in the week that the coach had the entire squad available, as he played against Goiás on the last Monday, 6th, and the holders only did a regenerative training in the following session.

For Lisca’s reunion with Ceará, the captain will have two major absences. Carlos Sanchez continues in physical recovery after injury to the left thigh, and the steering wheel Rodrigo Fernandez was diagnosed with a muscle tear in his right thigh after the last game and is expected to be out for a period, although it is not considered serious.

With this, the starting team that will face the Ceará team must be: john paul, madson, Maicon, Eduardo Bauermann, Felipe Jonathan; Camacho, zanocele, carbajal; Lucas Braga, Marcos Leonardo and Soteldo. This Friday, the 9th, the cast still performs training at the CT of Strengthahead of the weekend showdown.

The confrontation is considered important for the team to score again after a defeat at home in the last round and for the teams below the table not to get dangerously close. The Santos opponent currently has 28 points, being therefore only six less and being able to decrease by half in case of victory in the confrontation.
