Officially, the host of the tournament has not yet been determined.

USA intend to take club world championship in February 2023.

The tournament, which normally took place in December, has been postponed due to the 2022 World Cup being held in Qatar, and no date or venue has yet been determined. It was agreed that the decisive matches of the KChM-2023 should take place in the week between February 6 and 12, before the matches of the 1/8 finals of the Champions League.

It was supposed to host the UAE tournament. The candidacy of China was also put forward. However, FIFA has not yet signed a contract to host, and now the United States is offering a bid to host.

Recall that the winners of continental competitions from all over the world will take part in the Club World Championship. Real Madrid, having won the Champions League, will start the tournament with a semi-final. The winner of the Copa Libertadores will also qualify directly to the semi-finals.

Last season, Chelsea became the Club World Champion after beating Palmeiras in the final.
