The list of those they will extend deals with included goalkeeper David de Gea, defenders Diogo Dalot and Luke Shaw, midfielder Fred and striker Marcus Rashford. All of these players’ contracts expire at the end of June 2023, but Manchester United reserve the right to automatically renew their player deals for another season.
During the 2022/2023 season, David de Gea played 7 matches for Manchester United in all competitions, in which he conceded 9 goals. Because of Diogo Dalot – 7 games and 1 assist. Luke Shaw took part in two games in which he did not score. Fred has 7 games without goals or assists. Marcus Rashford has scored 3 goals and delivered 2 assists in 6 games.
