German coach Thomas Tuché released a statement after being fired chelsea .
The German specialist was sacked as head coach of the London club on September 7. He has been in charge of Chelsea since January 2021. Tuchel has led the Londoners to victory in the Champions League, UEFA Super Cup and 2021 Club World Cup. Chelsea have scored 10 points in the current season of the English championship after six laps and is in sixth place.
“It is one of the most difficult statements I have ever had to write, and I was hoping not to have to do it for many years. I am devastated that my time at Chelsea is over.
It is a club where I felt at home, both professionally and personally. I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart the staff, the players and the supporters for being so welcoming to me from the start.
The pride and joy I felt when I won the Champions League and the Club World Cup with the team will forever be etched in my memory. I’m honored to be a part of this club’s history and the memories of the past 19 months will always hold a special place in my heart,” Tuchel wrote on Twitter.
