PSG fans do not plan to travel to the Champions League group stage away game, in which the Parisians are expected to play with Haifa’s Maccabi. This decision is justified by strict restrictions for incoming fans.
– On September 14, our club PSG will travel to Haifa for the second group match of the Champions League, where they will meet Maccabi. We deplore the incarceration of the security conditions imposed by the Israeli state to travel to the country. We constantly oppose such restrictions on our freedoms. We have no choice but to boycott this match,” the Parisian club supporters said in a statement.
PSG kicked off the Champions League with a 2-1 win over Juventus.
