10 quick and easy tortillas to prepare

  • ½ peeled onion

  1. Cut the onion into feathers and fry it in a pan with olive oil and a pinch of salt, until it starts to brown. Turn off the heat and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add the horse mackerel (drained and chopped) and the onion. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a pan with a little oil, a few minutes on each side.

  1. Cut the chard with a knife, separating the stem from the leaves. Reserve these and chop the stems very finely.
  2. Brown the stems in olive oil with a pinch of salt, until they soften slightly. At this point, remove from heat to cool.
  3. Meanwhile, soak the chard leaves in boiling water for five minutes then drain them. Once dry, cut them into strips.
