This Friday, LIV Golf returned after several weeks of vacation. This week is the fifth date of the million dollar competition, which takes place in Miami especially at Trump National Doral.
The Chileans, who represent Torque GC, started on different sides of the field. Joaquín Niemann started on the 18th hole, along with the Englishman from Crushers GC, Paul Casey, and the Swede from Majesticks GC, Henrik Stenson. For his part, Mito Pereira began his day on the ninth hole, sharing a start with the American of the HyFlyers GC team, Andy Ogletree, and the Japanese of the Iron Heads GC, Jinichiro Kozuma.
Mito was one of the great protagonists of the time. On the 12th hole, he drew applause from everyone present with a spectacular eagle .
Pereira finished the day with -3, leading his team, followed by Joaco, who finished two goals under par.
