“In each calendar year in which September 18 and 19 are Tuesday and Wednesday respectively, or Wednesday and Thursday respectively, a public holiday shall be Monday the 17th or Friday the 20th of the said month, as the case may be,” the text states.

• Fuel sales.
• Emergency pharmacies and pharmacies that must keep working hours.
• Convenience stores attached to service centers, if they sell prepared meals.
