On this occasion, Roro found himself once again at the center of controversy after participating in a DANA aid initiative in Valencia. Indeed, with her boyfriend Pablo, she volunteered for Revuelta, a youth organization supported by the far-right party Vox.

The images showing the TikToker and her partner collecting food in this region of Spain were distributed by the same entity through social networks and went viral. “Today, Pablo wanted to save all the Valencians” they wrote on X (formerly Twitter), imitating the phrase with which Roro usually begins his recipe videos.

The event quickly triggered an avalanche of negative comments on the Internet. Some well-known figures, such as the former Spanish vice-president Pablo Iglesias and the actor Anne Lindane also expressed their dissatisfaction with Roro’s collaboration with Revuelta.

After receiving a wave of accusations and criticism, the same influencer decided post a video to comment on the facts and detail why he participated in the controversial organization.
