Leeds United thrashed Newcastle United 4-1 at Elland Road on Saturday, scoring three goals in just 14 minutes either side of half-time to settle the contest before the interval.
The hosts took the lead in the 32nd minute through an own goal by Newcastle's Lewis Miley. Dominic Calvert-Lewin then struck twice, in the 34th minute and in the first minute of first-half stoppage time, to make it 3-0 before the break. Noah Okafor added a fourth for Leeds in the 59th minute. Bazoumana Touré scored a consolation goal for Newcastle in the 90th minute.
Elland Road is Leeds United's home ground in Leeds, West Yorkshire. The result was the club's fourth fixture of the Premier League season.

Elsewhere in the round, Aston Villa lost 2-1 at home to Nottingham Forest, with Allison scoring for Villa in the 74th minute after Forest had gone ahead through Morgan Delap in the 46th and added a second through Igor Jesus in the 88th.
Bournemouth drew 2-2 with Brentford, Justin Kluivert and Ryan Tavernier scoring for Bournemouth either side of two goals from Brentford's Schade. Chelsea also drew 2-2, at home to Hull, with Rogers and Joao Pedro on target for the home side against a Beloumi double for Hull.
Crystal Palace lost 3-2 at home to Ipswich Town despite goals from Halaili and Larsen, as Ipswich replied through Emerson, Davis and Fleming. Liverpool and Fulham drew 0-0, as did Tottenham Hotspur and Everton.
Arsenal won 2-0 away at Sunderland through Bruno Guimaraes and a stoppage-time penalty from Bukayo Saka. Brighton and Hove Albion thrashed Coventry City 5-0, with goals from Kostoulas, Gyalkougie, a Pascal Gross penalty, Dan and Ayari. Manchester City won 1-0 at Manchester United through an Erling Haaland goal in the 60th minute.
Premier League Table After Four Games
Arsenal and Manchester City lead the table on 12 points each after four matches. Leeds United and Hull sit on eight points, followed by Brighton and Chelsea on seven.
Brentford, Liverpool, Everton and Ipswich all have six points. Newcastle United and Nottingham Forest have five points each, while Manchester United and Sunderland have four.
Bournemouth and Crystal Palace have three points, Tottenham have two, and Fulham and Aston Villa have one point each. Coventry City are bottom of the table without a point.
