Choreographer Ilya Averbukh told Gazeta.Ru that skaters Elizaveta Khudaiberdieva And Egor Bazin I must thank my former coach Denis Samokhin, and also wish the duo stability and good programs in the new season.

Bazin told in April that his dance duo with Elizaveta Khudaiberdiyeva had left coach Denis Samokhin’s group and would now train with Alexander Zhulin.

Khudaiberdieva and Bazin absolutely must thank Denis Samokhin, who made them the champions of Russia. And of course I wish the guys good programs. They came to an outstanding coach.

I wish them stability and learn to manage their nerves. Because this season there has hardly been a single tournament that they have gone through without falling, and something has to be done about that,” Averbukh said.

Khudaiberdieva and Bazin are the current Russian ice dancing champions.
