According to , the International Skating Union (ISU) could give the sixth stage of the Figure Skating Grand Prix to England.
Earlier, reported that the ISU will reschedule stages from Russia (due to the situation in Ukraine) and China (due to COVID). The Russian stage will be given to Finland, the host of the Chinese stage was nowhere to be found for a long time.
The ISU considered the option of canceling the tournament, but at the last moment a move to England was offered. According to , the tournament will most likely take place in Sheffield, but a city replacement is still possible.
Officially, the postponement of the stages should be announced on July 14.
