Popular Hollywood actor Keanu Reeves made his debut in professional auto racing, performing at the famous Indianapolis Motor Speedway as part of the Toyota GR Cup series, AP reports.
During the 45-minute race, Reeves’ car went off the track about halfway through the race exiting a corner. The actor was not injured and managed to return to the race.
For the 60-year-old star, it was the first professional car race. As a result, he finished the race in 25th position among 35 participants. On Sunday, Reeves will take part in another race, where he will again face experienced drivers.
