Russian biathletes and coaches have not received subpoenas as part of the partial mobilization, the president of the Russian Biathlon Union (RBU) told Viktor Maygurov .

– At the last congress, the membership of the Russian and Belarusian teams was suspended. This decision was taken by majority vote. We remain in communication, the IBU is not closed. They answer some of our questions. We have regular meetings on our anti-doping work, about once a quarter.
