– These rules are adopted by the Russian Biathlon Union. We live by these rules, we have to follow them. If today someone wants to follow the rules, but tomorrow he doesn’t, that’s just as wrong. In our regional federation on the coaching council, one of the issues was the discussion on transition. Our coaches said that we had to act within the limits set by the RRF.
