From October 4 to 6, Izhevsk hosted the republican biathlon competitions “Memory Cup of the USSR and Russia ZT Mikhail Vladimirovich Tkachenko” among boys and girls aged 15-18.
– This tournament was held without shooting, because we failed to buy cartridges in time due to some procedures. Buying ammo is not an easy process. The deadlines were already counted, and in order not to cancel the competition, they held them without shooting, they covered distances without a rifle unit. There is nothing wrong with that.
