When I speak publicly about violations and facts, I consider it my duty to bring what I know to the public. I believe that I act honestly, correctly and that I do not violate the laws. But your actions, Viktor Viktorovich, I consider unsportsmanlike behavior. Because it’s the same as if an athlete was competing under doping, using the administrative resources of the Ministry of Sports,” Nugmanov said.
