President of the Biathlon Federation of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Nugmanov told that he was ready to be charged with defamation by the leadership of the Russian Biathlon Union (RBU), but noted that his statements were based on real documents. .
On Monday, Nugmanov in a video told the story of financial fraud with budget money in the SBR, mentioning the current head of the organization Viktor Maygurov as well as an employee of the CSP and SBR Dmitry Rochev.
– Do you think that your statements will lead to criminal proceedings against the people you have indicated?
– As far as I know, an inspection is already underway, investigative measures are being taken by law enforcement agencies. The catch now is that Rochev can’t be interviewed. They’re looking for him, so far they can’t find him.

An extraordinary conference on the reports and elections of the RBU, during which a new head of the organization will be elected, will be held in Moscow on October 14. Maygurov and Vice President Alexei Nuzhdov are running for the presidency of the RBU.
