President of the Russian Skating Union Nikolai Gulyaev positively assessed the preparation of the sprint team for the 2022/2023 season.
The skaters opened the season in mid-October with competitions in Kolomna.
– The skaters officially opened the season, Ruslan Murashov ran the “500” for the best result of the season in the world. How do you assess the first starts?
– I follow the performance of the guys closely. I go to competitions – I was in Kolomna, now I plan to go to the second stage of the Russian Cup in short track. I wouldn’t be in a hurry to draw conclusions on the level of results, but the fact that the guys are in good shape is no secret to me.
