The Russian Bobsleigh Federation will not pay International Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation (IBSF) dues at the end of the 2022/23 season if Russian athletes do not participate.
In July, the IBSF took the decision to withdraw Russian athletes from international competition following the recommendation of the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
– The payment of contributions is made post factum. During the past year, the federation made a payment at the last IBSF congress. As we are not admitted to the next season, the membership fee will not be paid at the congress in 2023, the federation told .
