On October 14, Viktor Maygurov was re-elected as head of the RRF at the report and election conference in Moscow. He received 31 votes, 23 delegates voted for Nuzhdov.

We agreed with Viktor Maigurov: no matter who wins, the financial model that I proposed, that is to say the aid to the federations in the declared amount, will remain in force.
