President of Russian Ski Racing Federation (FLGR) Elena Vyalbe told that removing Russia from the jurisdiction of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) would be the wrong decision.
On Wednesday, we learned that the member Roman Tereshkov and Senator Eduard Isakov introduced a bill in the State Duma to cancel recognition of CAS decisions by Russian sports federations. To this end, it is proposed to cancel Article 36.4 of the Federal Law “On physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation”.
