The name of the new President of the Biathlon Federation of Ukraine has been announced. Note that Vladimir Brynzak, who led the organization for the past 25 years, this time decided not to stand as a candidate.
So, at first, three people applied for the leadership position. But after Olena Bilosiuk refused to run, there are two contenders to lead Ukrainian biathlon in the next Olympic cycle: the captain of the men’s team Dmitry Pidruchny and MP Ivan Krulko.
According to ASJU, according to the voting results, the parliamentarian won. 58 delegates supported the candidacy of Krulko, 31 – Pidruchny.
Recall, earlier it became known that the IBU extended the disqualification of Russian and Belarusian biathletes.
