Honorary Vice-President of the Russian Biathlon Union (RBU) Vadim Melikhov in an interview with a correspondent said that the sprint races scheduled for today as part of the first stage in Khanty- Mansiysk will take place at the previously indicated time.
– The sprint races of the first stage of the Russian Biathlon Cup in Khanty-Mansiysk will take place as planned, – said Melikhov.
The temperature on the track is -19 degrees. Earlier it was reported that the race could be postponed due to the cold weather.
The men’s sprint is scheduled for November 24 at 9:00 a.m. Moscow time, with the women’s start at 11:30 a.m.
