Johannes Be won the sprint in Hochfilzen, the best among Ukrainians Dudchenko is outside the top 30

Only two Ukrainians entered the pursuit race

Norwegian biathlete Johannes Be won the sprint race on the second stage World Cupwhich takes place in the Austrian Hochfilzen.

The Norwegian covered the 10-kilometer distance in just over 23 minutes, never making a mistake on the shooting range. Frenchman Emilien Jacquelin finished second with one miss. Also, one miss was made by another Norwegian Sturla Legradelosing to Jacquelin three seconds at the finish line.

The best among Ukrainians was Anton Dudchenkowho missed twice in standing and finished 38th. Taras Lesyukplaced in 53rd position, became the second Ukrainian biathlete to qualify for the pursuit race. Artem Prima became 67th, Bogdan Tsymbal – 84th, and Vitaly Mandzin – 89th.

The men will run the relay on Saturday. The men’s pursuit will take place on Sunday, December 11th. The beginning is at 15:15 Kyiv time.
