Tkalenko became the winner of the pursuit race at the Ukrainian Biathlon Championship

Top 3 of yesterday’s sprint persuit missed

Ruslan Tkalenko became winner of the pursuit race at the Ukrainian Biathlon Championship in Yavoriv.

Starting fourth, Tkalenko did the best job on the shooting range and won the race very confidently with three penalty laps.

Denis Nasyko broke into second place after an unsuccessful sprint, 46 seconds behind the winner. Bronze belongs to Vitaliy Mandzin, who walked alongside Nasyko until the last stage, but made a mistake twice during the shooting.

Sprint winner Anton Dudchenko and winners of yesterday’s race Bogdan Tsymbal and Artem Tishchenko missed today’s start.
