Norwegian Johannes Klebo won first place in the 20km pursuit race during the second stage of the Tour de Ski, which takes place in Oberstdorf, Germany.
Klebo covered the distance in 41 minutes 35.8 seconds.
The second was another representative of Norway, Sindre Bjørnestad Skar (+1.8), the third place was taken by the Italian Federico Pellegrino (+2.1).
Among the first 12 athletes to finish the race are nine Norwegians; in addition to Pellegrino, the Swedes Kalle Halfvarsson (4th) and William Poroma (7th) are at the top of the final protocol.
Russian athletes do not participate in competitions under the auspices of the International Ski Federation (FIS) due to the situation in Ukraine.
