For Lyubov Kipyachenkova, this could be a debut at the World Cup level
National biathlon team of Ukraine named the line-ups for the men’s and women’s teams fifth stage of the World Cup in Ruhpolding, Germany.
As part of the women’s team at the World Cup level, 23-year-old Lyubov Kipyachenkova, who before that only competed at the IBU Cup, can make her debut.
Denis Nasyko returned to the men’s team, starting the season in the first team, but then sent to the IBU Cup races. Artem Prima and Anton Dudchenko also got into the squad, who did not play in Pokljuka due to health problems. It is expected that in Ruhpolding they will not start in individual races, but will go out in the relay.

The fifth stage of the Biathlon World Cup will be held in Ruhpolding from 11 to 15 January. The stage program will include individual races, relay races and mass starts.
