On Tuesday, Russian Biathlon Union (RBU) press service chief Sergei Averyanov told that Rostovtsev had been hired by RBU as head coach of the Russian national team.
– I respect Rostovtsev, this is an absolutely correct decision. I think this is a good option, it will help Russian biathlon. Pavel is a good specialist, organizer, he went through a good school. I have no questions for him.
