Debutante Lyubov Kipyachenkova became 89th with seven misses
Biathlete from Italy Lisa Vittozzi triumphed in the women’s individual race at the World Cup in Ruhpolding, Germany.
Vittozzi didn’t miss a single shot and finished in 40:05.9 seconds. The second to the finish line was the representative of France Lou Zhanmonnot, the third was completed by Lou’s compatriot Jules Simon.
The best result among Ukrainians showed Yulia Jimawhich finished 20th with two misses. Anastasia Merkushina finished 31st, Anna Krivonos – 41st, and the debutant of the World Cup Lyubov Kipyachenkova finished the race in 89th place with seven misses.
Further, the men’s (January 13) and women’s (January 14) relay races will be held in Ruhpolding, and the men’s and women’s mass starts (January 15) will complete the stage.
