Norway won the women’s relay in Ruhpolding, Ukraine – 11th

Germany and Italy also finished in the top 3

national team Norway won women’s relay within the fifth stage biathlon world cup in german Ruhpolding.

The Norwegian team of Karolin-Offigstad Knotten, Ragnild Femsteinevik, Marte Olsby Røiseland and Ingrid-Landmark Tandrevold completed the course without penalties and finished in 1:08.17.3.

The second place was taken by representatives of Germany – on the last lap Denise Herrmann-Wikk was ahead of Dorothea Wierer from Italy. Switzerland finished fourth.

national team Ukraine used 11 extra rounds and finished in 11th position, more than three minutes behind the winners. The national team was represented by Anastasia Merkushina, Yulia Dzhima, Anna Krivonos and Elena Bilosyuk.

On Sunday, January 15, the men’s and women’s mass starts will be held in Ruhpolding. The start is at 13:30 and 15:45 respectively.
