Coach of the Saint Petersburg team Alexander Kasperovitch told that the management of the Russian Biathlon Union (RBU) violated the rule on holding the Russian championship in juniors and juniors.
Departures take place in Rybinsk, Yaroslavl region. Earlier, Kasperovich wrote an open letter to the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation, in which he complained that Belarusian athletes deprived some Russians from participating in the “big mass start”.

Me and the other coaches need to report to management why the athletes didn’t participate in the mass start. We send athletes to competitions, but for some reason they don’t race there. I had no personal communication with Viktor Maigurov, I was only informed about the oral order of the chairman of the RRF. I then decided to write a letter to the Ministry of Sports. The leaders of the RRF violated the regulations on holding these competitions. I have no questions about departures for men and women, – said Kasperovich.
