President of the St. Petersburg Biathlon Federation Dmitry Vasiliev believes that the Russian Biathlon Union (RBU) has committed a gross violation by allowing Belarusians to participate in the Russian championship among juniors.
Departures took place from January 19 to 23 in Rybinsk, Yaroslavl region. Previously, Alexander Kasperovich and other coaches wrote an open letter to the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation, in which they complained that Belarusian athletes had deprived some Russians from participating in the “big mass start”.
