RUSADA tested Bolshunov for doping five times in 2022

Three-time Olympic champion in cross-country skiing Alexander Bolshunov tested five times by the Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA) in 2022.

Skier Alexei Chervotkin was tested six times, Artem Maltsev and Gleb Zele – four times, Ivan Yakimushkin – three times. Among the skiers Natalya Nepryaeva , Veronika Stepanova and Maria Istomine were tested five times last year, Julia Stupak – four times.

Biathlete Alexander Povarnitsyn was tested for doping seven times by RUSADA, Eduard Latypov and Daniil Serokhvostov – five each, Anton Babikov – four, Karim Khalili – twice, Alexander Loginov – once.

The biathletes were tested four times by Larisa Kuklina, six times by Victoria Slivko and Kristina Reztsova, five times by Irina Kazakevich and Ekaterina Noskova, three times by Elizaveta Kaplina, twice by Anastasia Goreeva and Svetlana Mironova, once by Anastasia Shevchenko.

The agency’s statement also reported that Olympic champion Mark Kondratyuk and Games silver medalist Alexander Trusova became RUSADA’s most-tested figure skaters for doping in 2022. Kondratyuk was tested six times, Trusova five.
