World Championship Winner Viktor Mushtakov and Olympic medalist Angelina Golikova won the sprint all-around at the Russian Speed Skating Championship, which ended in Irkutsk.
On the second day of the competition, Mushtakov won at a distance of 500 m – 34.78 seconds. The second was Timur Karamov – 35.02, the third – Ruslan Murashov (35.27).
Mushtakov also won at a distance of 1000 m – 1: 09.41, the second was Stepan Chistyakov – 1: 09.48, the third – Ruslan Murashov – 1.10.40.
According to the sum of four distances, Mushtakov’s result is 139.525, Murashov’s silver (140.685), Chistyakov’s bronze (141.075).
Golikova won the 500m on Sunday with a score of 38.23 seconds, the second was Irina Kuznetsova – 39.14, the third – Anastasia Shatskikh (39.29).
Golikova also won at a distance of 1000 m (1: 17.82), Kuznetsova the second – 1: 18.45, the third – Elizaveta Agafoshina (1: 20.83).
In the sum of four distances, Golikova scored 154.525 points, Kuznetsova’s silver (156.660), Agafoshina’s bronze (159.325).
