– The organizers have decided to postpone the date of some departures of the XLI regional stage of the open All-Russian mass ski race “Ski Track of Russia” to a later date.
The reason for the transfer was insufficient snow cover at the central event location (the recreation center “Scarlet Sails”), as well as in some areas of the region.
In the districts of Yelets, Volovsky, Dankovsky, Yelets, Zadonsky, Izmalkovsky, Krasninsky, Lebedyansky, Lev-Tolstovsky, Lipetsky, Stanovlyansky, Terbunsky and Chaplyginsky, the date has not changed – the races will be held on February 11, said the department in a statement.
It is worth noting that if the situation with snow changes in a favorable direction, the earliest date of the event will be February 18. In addition, online registration for participants has been extended until February 17.
On Saturday, February 11, will broadcast the 41st All-Russian Mass Race Ski Track of Russia 2023 live, the start of the 5-hour broadcast is scheduled for 7:45 Moscow time.
