The first personal race took place at the Biathlon World Championships in Oberhof, Germany. Today, February 10, the women who decided the best in the sprint race started.
The victory went to the German biathlete Denise Herrmann-Wick, who showed accurate shooting and fast running. Immediately behind him were two representatives of Sweden. Hanna Äberg got silver and Lynn Persson got bronze.
Unfortunately, Ukrainian athletes are not satisfied with the results. Our only biathlete to score was Yulia Jima, she was 29th.
