Herrmann-Wik wins the women’s sprint at the 2023 Biathlon World Cup, Jima is in the top 30

German Denise Herrmann-Wick won women’s sprint race 7.5 km biathlon world championship 2023, which takes place in Oberhof, Germany.

With clean shooting, Herrmann-Wik finished in 21:19.7 seconds. Sweden’s Hanna Oeberg is second, and Oeberg’s compatriot Lynn Persson is third.

The best result of Ukraine is the 29th place of Yulia Dzhima. Elena Bilosyuk and Anastasia Merkushina settled down one after another in the end (43rd and 44th places respectively), and Daria Blashko, without making a single mistake, became 84th.

The 2023 World Cup will continue tomorrow, February 11, with the men’s 10 km sprint race.
