Biathlete Svetlana Mironova registered under the starting number 15 for the women’s sprint race at the PARI Russian Cup stage in Chaikovsky.
The 28-year-old missed the start of the season. She did not participate in the tournaments for health reasons.
A total of 41 athletes will take part in the race. Tamara Derbusheva will start 6th, Irina Kazakevich will enter the race as 13th, Larisa Kuklina – as 41st.
The final of the Russian Biathlon Cup in Tchaikovsky will be held from February 16 to 19. Departures will be broadcast live on the channel, as well as on the matchtv.ru and sportbox.ru websites. Thursday’s first race will be the women’s sprint, which will begin broadcasting at 8:40 a.m. (Moscow time).
