Ukraine took 14th place out of 16 participants
In the German Oberhof took place women’s relay on biathlon world championship 2023.
The gold medals were won by the representatives of Italy, who finished in 1:14:39.7. The second place was taken by the German team, the third place was taken by the athletes from Sweden.
Team of Ukraine consisting of Anastasia Merkushina, Lyubov Kipyachenkova, Elena Bilosyuk and Daria Blashko finished in 14th position with three penalty loops and eight extra rounds.
Note that the men’s relay was also unsuccessful for the blue-yellows. Ukraine, consisting of Artem Pryma, Dmitry Pidruchny, Bogdan Tsymbal and Anton Dudchenko, took 13th place.
The 2023 World Cup will end with the men’s and women’s mass starts on February 19.
