Swedish biathlete Hanna Oeberg won the mass start at the World Championships in Oberhof.
Oeberg covered the 12.5 km distance in 36 minutes 48 seconds, with two misses at the shooting lines. Money earned Ingrid Landmark Tandrevold (+4.8) from Norway, bronze – a Frenchwoman Julia Simon (+20.8).
Russian athletes are not competing this season by decision of the International Biathlon Union (IBU).
