The last race of the 2023 World Cup was held without Ukrainians
Swedish biathlete Hanna Oeberg won the mass start World Cup 2023 in German Oberhof.
The Swede made two misses in prone shooting, but cleared the final firing lines. Won second place Ingrid Landmark Tandrevold from Norway, “bronze” won Julie Simon from France.
The final start at the 2023 World Cup took place without Ukrainians. Julia Jima, who qualified for the mass start, was unable to compete due to a cold.
Sweden won two gold medals on the final day of the competition. Earlier in Oberhof, a men’s mass start was held, which was won by Sebastian Samuelsson. Ukrainian Dmitry Pidruchny finished 23rd, Anton Dudchenko – 25th.
