Second place went to Kirill Batyushkin, third to Yuri Fogel (both represent the Siberian Federal District).
In the women’s competition, Albina Ilyasova (Urals Federal District) took first place, Polina Sivets from Belarus took second place, Veronika Beskhlebnaya from Moscow completed the top three.
