Men’s and women’s coaching staff national biathlon teams of Ukraine announced the composition of the teams for the eighth stage World Cup in swedish Östersund.
The only change compared to the stage in Nove Mesto occurred in men. Instead of Dmitry Pidruchny, Artem Tishchenko will perform.
The composition of the national team of Ukraine:
WomenCast: Julia Jima, Elena Bilosyuk, Anastasia Merkushina, Lyubov Kipyachenkova, Daria Blashko.
MenCast: Anton Dudchenko, Artem Prima, Bogdan Tsymbal, Denis Nasyko, Artem Tishchenko.
Earlier, the coach of the men’s national team of Ukraine Yuray Sanitra said that Pidruchny had a coronavirus. Due to illness, the biathlete missed the pursuit at the World Cup stage in Nove Mesto.
The eighth stage of the World Cup in Östersund will be held from 9 to 12 March. The men’s and women’s individual races, which will be held on Thursday, will open the competition.
