The eighth stage of the World Cup will begin on March 9
Starting numbers of Ukrainian biathletes in individual races at the eighth stage became known World Cup in Östersund.
In women’s competitions, the first among Ukrainians will go to the track Anastasia Merkushina at number 22. Four more Ukrainian athletes will compete in the race: Yulia Jima (number 47), Daria Blashko (67) Elena Bilosyuk (79) and Lyubov Kipyachenkova (81).
In the men’s individual race, the first to start will be Anton Dudchenko at number 6. Then they start Artem Prima (15), Bogdan Tsymbal (49) Artem Tishchenko (77) and Denis Nasyko (90).
Recall that Tishchenko replaced Dmitry Pidruchny in the Ukrainian national team. Pidruchny missed the pursuit race at the World Cup stage in Nove Mesto due to the coronavirus.
Individual races in Östersund will be held on Thursday 9 March. Women will start at 14:15 Kyiv time, men will go to the track at 17:20.
