The International Skating Union (ISU) Congress has extended the suspension of Russian athletes from international competitions until further notice.

The congress meeting in Phuket began with the 12th agenda item, which included the confirmation of the extension of a number of ISU communiqués, including the April 2469 communiqué, which discussed the cancellation of competitions in Russia and Belarus due to the situation in Ukraine. , as well as the suspension of Russian and Belarusian athletes until further notice. The same goes for ISU officials from Russia and Belarus.

Under the auspices of the ISU, competitions are held in figure skating, speed skating and short track.
