norwegian biathlete Johannes Boe became the winner of the sprint at the last stage of the World Cup in Holmenkollen (Norway).
Boe, who misfired on the second line of fire, covered the 10k distance in 25 minutes 13 seconds. Second was Sweden’s Martin Ponsiluoma, Germany’s Benedikt Doll closed the top three.
Boe won the overall World Cup earlier than expected last week.
The women’s sprint race will take place on Friday.
