Johannes Be won the sprint at the Holmenkollen World Cup

Ukrainians remained outside the top 40

In Norwegian Holmenkollen final stage started Biathlon World Cup.

The first race of the competition was the men’s sprint. The race was won by Norway’s Johannes Boe, who finished in 25 minutes and 13 seconds with one penalty. The second place went to the Swede Martin Ponsiluoma, the third was the German Benedikt Doll.

The best result among Ukrainians was shown by Bogdan Tsymbal – 44th place. Artem Prima made two misses and became 51st, Anton Dudchenko finished 58th. Artem Tishchenko finished the race in 71st place, and Denis Nasyko was 81st.

The event in Holmenkollen will continue with the women’s sprint race tomorrow, March 17th.
